Our workbooks are a compilation of tips, tricks and techniques for building resilience.
​
They contain activities that teach emotional regulation, mindfulness, time and money management, mental and physical health. We also offer templates for journaling and gratitude diaries, as well as plans for recognising and managing crisis, though they should not be considered a crisis workbook.
​
All books have extensive signposting lists of vetted organisations who specialise in a range of areas that learners commonly find useful.
​
These workbooks can be used alone or to complement one of our workshops.
